AZ 88 - Scottsdale

I love, love, love AZ 88. It's one of my favorite places to take out of town guests. Yummy, unusual food, fun atmosphere, and it doesn't try too hard. It's what Earl's wishes it was. You must try the Hell's Fire Chips, whose menu description sounds revolting, but is quite amazing. Even if you loathe bleu cheese, as Husband does, you'll love this, as Husband does. If you hate hot sauce, though, skip it. The hot pepper chicken sandwich, with jalapeños and honey, tastes very good, but it consistently a little bit dry. There's a drink whose name escapes me, served in a copper mug, that tastes like drinking cold, refreshing Chinese food.
